Class Presentations

The goal of our Outreach & Education Programs is to share our love of animals by providing information and training on responsible pet ownership and how to properly care for our pet companions. Extended Collaborations
Some programs prefer to work on a recurring basis, with Yakima Humane Society representatives meeting with students regularly to build upon previous lessons and explore animals issues more thoroughly. Provided we have the resources available, the Yakima Humane Society can with work educators to develop an extended curriculum.

 •     If you are interested in this type of collaboration, please indicate this on your request from and submit a brief description of what you have in mind.
 •  Considering these programs require more preparation, requests for extended collaboration must be submitted at least one month in advance.
