SPRING ADOPT-A-THON - Offsite Adoption Event

Are you looking for your new best friend, but just can't make it down to Yakima? No worries! We will be bringing adoptable cats and dogs to Petsense in Ellensburg. They will be altered and ready to go home with you that very same day.

Fall in love at our National Adoption Event! We will be bringing adoptable cats and dogs to PetSmart in Union Gap. This is a great opportunity for you to find your new best friend and family member! The pets will be altered and ready to go home with you that very same day.

Services offered:
     •  Canine DA2PP vaccine $10
     •  Feline HCP vaccine $10
     •  Rabies Vaccine $10
     •  Microchip $15
     •  or you can get three for $30

We will also have the Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine available upon request for $10.

3 year rabies is available. However, rabies certificate MUST be provided (not tag). 

All dogs and cats in need of vaccines are welcome. All pets must be at least 8 weeks old to receive vaccines and 12 weeks old to receive a rabies vaccine. 

Keep in mind: All dogs MUST be on a leash at all times, and cats MUST be in a proper pet carrier. Cardboard cat carriers are available for purchase in our Adoption Center or Spay & Neuter clinic in Yakima for $5. 

Please note that we expect to see over 300 animals and you will experience a prolonged wait time. Also, due to the high volume of unvaccinated animals attending this event, your pet will be at a higher risk for contracting a pet-related illness. Yakima Humane will not be held liable if your pet becomes ill.
